為了讓學生在踏入職場前，就能擁有實戰的工作經驗，朝陽科技大學休閒事業管理系「青橄欖樹藝術咖啡」27日開幕，希望實習的同學都能像青橄欖樹一樣，在學期間就能累積實務上經驗，為投入職場加分。 負責推動Oliver Café的朝陽科大休閒事業管理系徐淑麗老師說明，「青橄欖樹」，源自於《聖經》詩篇，取其果實豐盛的意涵，期許來這裡實習的休閒系學生，都能像青橄欖樹一樣，在學期間就能累積實務上經驗，為投入職場加分。她表示，希望透過實務工作經驗，打破外界對年輕學子是「草莓族」的刻板印象。在餐廳工作近二年的休閒事業管理系學生林立玲提到自己在餐廳試營運的時間，遇到過各種狀況，讓她深深體會到，工作態度很重要，那就是「主動服務、主動學習」的精神，讓每一位來到Oliver Café的顧客，都能感受到專業貼心的服務。輔導老師陳位如特別說明，餐廳定位在義大利輕食風格，選用有機食材，強調少油、少鹽、少負擔。
